‘With a 2 year redevelopment to look forward to, we had the task of researching the available catering options to provide 3 meals a day for our residents. We finally chose to purchase one of Crawford’s mobile commercial kitchens. For ease of set-up, comprehen-sive range of cooking equipment, workspace and compliance with local council regulations, this kitchen far outweighed any other alternative.
